The term artificial intelligence has been discussed much in the line of digitalization and is used in many different contexts. The concept of AI is based on the idea of imitating the human problem-solving behavior through computers. Often this is only shown through computing-power, the usage of algorithms and if-then-else instructions. Real AI means that the computer solves a complex problem without explicit instructions and becomes more intelligent at the same time. The implementation of this technology is ongoing already; however it is still in development. AI poses the possibility of the disruptive transformation of all fields of business and our entire society. At the very least this technology will support and optimize every business process in which a person is working to solve problems.
